over the last 1.5 years, our sister*hood has grown in terms of ongoing (B2B) projects, artisan relationships, and customer base. now, we are looking to hire someone to support in project & partnership management.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
what you will work on
manage orders & supply chain as first point of contact for artisan partners
organize store (inventory, pricing of products)
drive outreach to new B2B partners & create a project funnel (hotel partnerships, brand collaborations)
develop processes & ideas to help us work more efficiently as a team
run in-store sales & B2C customers (on days when you are working from the store)

REQUIREMENTS
what we're looking for
vienna-based
experience in project mgmt. & team projects
knowledge of MS office, trello and/or other project mgmt. tools
experience in retail and/or e-commerce ideal but not a must
great written & verbal communication in german & english
availability on some weekends (saturdays will be split across the team) and some evenings (for events)
TEAM SETUP
how we work together
we are a dynamic team with a hands-on mentality. for this role, this means that it can be partially remote and partially in-store. on days, where the shop is open, you would be expected to work on project & partnership mgmt. tasks from the store in 1070 vienna.
monday/tuesday: remote (as store is closed)
thursday/friday/saturday: in-store
part-time setup with ~15 hours per week (TBD with team)
